Andy Forstl first discovered Vail in 1983 and quickly knew it would become home. After graduating from Colorado State University, he returned to the valley and launched his real estate career—driven by a passion for the mountain lifestyle and the community.

In 2002, Andy founded Forstl Realty, a boutique firm specializing in luxury properties throughout the Vail Valley. Known for his local expertise and hands-on service, he provides clients with clear guidance, thoughtful strategy, and a refined approach to buying and selling mountain real estate.

Andy lives in West Vail with his wife, Meg, and their two children. When he’s not working, he’s outdoors—skiing, biking, hiking, and enjoying the lifestyle that drew him here. He also gives back to the community and has served two terms on the Town of Vail’s Design and Review Board.
